Directions From I-405 you will take the 124th Street exit. Go west on 124th to 113th Ave NE. Take a left on 113th Ave. NE. Stay on 113th for 1/4 mile, turn left on 122nd NE Way and then another immediate left at the Market Leader sign. The Executive Offices building will be on your left. Keep in mind there are 2 buildings with 12220. It is not the Evergreen Medical building (North end) next to Olive Garden but the one just beyond it (South end). Our office is located on the second floor. Check in with the receptionist just off the elevators.
